Counselling is person centred, I provide a calm, safe, compassionate space, utilising a mix of best practise therapeutic approaches including, but not limited to EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing), psychotherapy, compassion-based cognitive therapy (CBT) dialectical behaviour therapy and wellness coaching. I can assist individuals process complex trauma, develop new skills to manage anxiety, depression, life transitions, grief and loss and regain a sense of self, life purpose and future aspiration. I believe everyone has capacity for mental health recovery, through enhanced self-awareness, increased resilience and hope towards the future.
Medicare Rebates are claimable if you have a Mental Health Treatment Plan from your GP
