Specialist Trauma Counselling for Adults

Trauma lives not only in memories, but in the body, in patterns of protection, and in the quiet places where words don’t always reach. My work brings together trauma‑informed counselling and creative, expressive processes to help adults gently explore what feels overwhelming, stuck, or fragmented.

In this space, you’re invited to slow down, reconnect with your inner world, and work with your experiences in ways that feel safe and manageable. Sometimes that happens through conversation; sometimes through imagery, clay, symbol work, or reflective art processes that help express what’s hard to put into words.

My approach is steady, respectful, and collaborative. I support you to understand the protective parts of yourself, soften the impact of past experiences, and rebuild a sense of grounding, clarity, and self‑trust. Healing doesn’t mean pushing yourself — it means creating room for your nervous system to settle, for your story to be held with care, and for new possibilities to emerge.

A practice shaped by compassion and creativity

As both a counsellor and an artist, I believe healing and expression belong together. This includes therapeutic counselling modalities, such as EMDR, CBT, Wellness Coaching, Psychotherapy and Art Therapy.
